My name is Line Bank, and the first glimpse of light & colour I saw in Odense,  Denmark in 1958 & it is also there I met the love of my life one New Years Eve.

We have since traveled and stayed in many countries, today we live & work in Mallorca. My backpack is filled with inspiration by light and shadow, by nature, by the colours of my two places in the world.

Scandinavian cool blue and lush green and  by the strong, varm Mediterranean colours.

The details might come from the inside of a flower, or  from figures and patterns from trees and stones  –  they might seem to be abstractions but they are impressions being translated into light and  colourful paintings, making me, and the owners of my paintings, happy and cheerful when looking at them.
